1. Do you have any offline store?

Yes, you can also find us at Ruko Crown Golf blok A 56, Pantai Indah Kapuk.

2. Are your items ready stock?

Yes, all items are ready stock. Execpt stated otherwise in the decription.

3. I have received my package. Unfortunately there is some defect in the product. What should I do?

We apologize for our mistake, and please contact our customer service whatssapp 0812-1005-0265 and we will give you instructions to return it to us.

4. Will the sold out items be back in stock?

Some of our items may be back in stock or you can contact our Whatsapp 0812 – 1005 0265 or Line @piccassokim for pre order.

5. Can send my package by GO-JEK?

Yes, you can contact our Whatsapp 0812 – 1005 0265 or Line @piccassokim in the same day before 6pm.

6. What kind of Payment do you accept ?

We accept bank transfers (online) , Debit Card (offline store)  and Credit Card ( online & offline store)

7. Why is my order cancelled ?

Maximum payment for an orders 1×24 hours after the order have been placed. If the payment has not been completed after the time limit. The order will be cancelled automatically

8. How can I track my order? 

You can sign in and view your order history and status in “My Account” page and  then click “Orders”.

9. Why I cannot confirm my payment ?

Your transaction is successful or not will be sent via email because we use DOKU system

10. Using what shipping service?

We only use JNE for shipping service / GO-JEK

11. What your procedure shipment ?

Your order will be process and shipped day-1 after we receive your payment and we processing your shipment on Monday-Friday.
